Primal Singing Integrative™ is about connecting with our emotions through voice, about liberating and giving voice to our inner being, about breaking through the barriers of self-consciousness and fear that alienate us from who we truly are.It integrates elements from emotional improvisation, body-mind consciousness, psychology, pedagogy, voice training, contemporary music, movement and breathing, and it’s main objective is the well-being and emotional expression of it’s practitioners, aside from aesthetic criteria.
